Nonviolence Training with PBS Rhode Island

Staff from PBS Rhode Island participated in an introductory training in the Kingian principles and steps of nonviolence at the Institute. Central to the discussion in this 4-hour workshop was the collaborative spirit of nonviolence, with attendees discussing ways to create and sustain positive and respectful exchange of ideas in the workplace.
