About Dan: Philanthropist, Runner, Cyclist, Peacemaker and Yoga Teacher

Dan is a graduate of the Believe You Can, Registered Yoga Teaching School, whose teachings are inspired by Baron Baptiste, creator and founder of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga.  He has been practicing yoga since 2002 and is a believer that Yoga can develop a winning mindset, inspires peace, and is a perfect combination of mind, body and spirit.

Dan completed his first charity marathon in 1996 and over the last 18 years has led over 320 participants to fund raising and athletic success, raising over $1.2M.  Dan’s charity running parallels his yoga practice of courage, challenge, persistence and journey. His athletic and yoga experiences have taught him that misses or fails are lessons necessary to succeed. He believes in continuous improvement and in being a lifelong student.

Dan is eager to share his journey and guide you through a peaceful 75 minute yoga practice to support the mission of The Institutes and our beloved community.
